PERFORMER PACKAGES
I have a few packages for stage entertainers that simplify the booking process, but these can be customized to your needs. Pricing is for local venue shoot or in-studio location upon request. Travel rates and expenses are not included. Please contact me for a more accurate quote for your project. I am conveniently based 10 minutes from downtown area of in Orlando, Florida.
$250 ONE LOOK
+ $50 Each Additional Performer
With this package you are booking a one hour session. Schedule will be more selective as it is scheduled with other performers. Shoot will take place at available venue.

With this package you are booking a two hour session. Schedule will be more selective as it is scheduled with other performers. Shoot will take place at available venue.

With this package you are booking a two hour session. This is a one on one session, but could be scheduled coinciding with another shoot. Shoot will take place at available venue.

$650+ VIP PACKAGE
+ $50 Each Additional Performer
With this package you are booking a one on one three hour VIP studio session. Shoot will take place at a professional studio setting, with more creative opportunities.

$60 PER HR STUDIO
You may add studio time to any of the above mentioned packages. If you would like your shoot to be in a studio setting as opposed to a venue for more privacy or simply for the experience, it can be arranged if the studio is available on your booking day. The studio also has professional makeup stations, awesome blue tooth sound system, clothing storage systems, etc.
$100 PER HR OVERAGE
If you would like to add time to your session this can be arranged for $100 per hr in addition to your booking cost. This is very useful for those who need long costume changes, boy to girl looks, makeup changes, or need to get ready at the location.
$80+ COMMISSIONS

Photo commissions start at $80 depending on project, it's intended use, and complexity. It's priced on a per project basis.

$10 additional corrections each and full theme change results in a $60 new project set up fee.
PAGEANT COURTS
If you are a promoter, I am also available to shoot your reining court. I have shot many systems, and pricing is on a project basis, travel, accommodations, amount of delivered images, and other variables. If you would like more details please feel free to contact me so we can make it happen.

I currently book 4- weeks in advance but can check cancelations, and will try my best to accommodate your scheduling, last minute and rush orders can be accommodated for an extra fee.

After reading, filling out the short form below, signing contract, and submitting, you will be prompted to pay your booking fee. Once your payment has been received, Erika Wagner Photography will contact you and your session date will be reserved. Your spot will not be held until this is completed.

In order to secure your shoot, a $150 retainer fee is required for venue shoots and $300 for studio shoots. This is not an extra fee, but is deducted from the full booking fee. The retainer fee is required for all sessions, and is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Please read and sign entire contract. There you will find important detailed information for during your booking. If you send payment without signing the contract this is also an acknowledgment you have read and agree to the terms therein.
